"In the year 2008, we decided to have some house renovations performed in conjuction with building a large addition.  We sought quotes for the projects from a list of contractors provided to us from someone in the industry.  Paul J. Fabis Co., Inc. was selected for the reasons I have listed below.

1.  At our initial meeting during which he was furnished a set of plans, Paul

        stated we would receive the quote in ten days.  We did receive it on time  

     and it was detailed beyond all expectations, including materials by  

     category, sub-contractor costs for each trade, Fabis Co. labor for each

     stage of work and clear verbiage of payment schedule.

2.  We found Paul understanding when we sought to find some cost saving

      and he provided good, documented suggestions and alternatives.

3.  The schedule given was well defined and the shortest of all quotes we
